Platform 21 – a knowledge-sharing hub

Platform 21 represents the love of teaching, a passion for innovation, growth, and exploration. We promote life-long learning, and the belief that everyone can become a better version of themselves, by becoming the teacher they wish they’d had. We’ll take you on a thought-provoking, eye-opening journey on each of our courses where we create a knowledge-sharing hub, equip you with toolbox of ideas and positive vibes.

Trainers – Experienced Erasmus+ Enthusiasts

Having been actively involved in the Erasmus+ programme since 2016, I have experienced first-hand how it has changed and shaped me for the better, along with everyone else I have been incredibly lucky to meet along the way. I’ve worked with almost 2000 teachers from all over the world and have been involved in numerous Erasmus+ projects.

Our Erasmus+ family now stretches across every European country and beyond! No one ever goes on an Erasmus+ journey and stays the same. This is why I’ve gathered a team of experienced Erasmus+ enthusiasts, teacher trainers, and specialists in adult education, who recognised the transformative power of the programme. We cannot wait to share our stories, knowledge, and examples of best practice with you.

Actively involved in Erasmus+ programme

The Erasmus+ programme provides an amazing opportunity for professional and personal growth. It broadens your horizons, makes you see beyond your own window, helps you explore behind the borders of other people’s minds. This is a chance to learn and understand the ideas of your peers from across Europe, share and exchange experiences, find friends and build beautiful projects together. But if you wish to change the world for the better, you need to act immediately. That’s why being Erasmus+ project partners is one of our priorities.

Offering Internship to foreign students

We learn from young people as much as they learn from us. We understand how important it is to gain first-hand experience when it comes to hitting the job market. Brushing up your communication, teamwork, and creative skills, is essential. So we gladly provide internship, an opportunity for students and recent graduates to get a taste of the real world before they deep dive into it.

Extensive network of partner schools and teachers

Erasmus+ is all about sharing knowledge, disseminating your ideas and igniting sparks of passion for growth and development. We conduct workshops, and deliver training for local kindergartens and schools. Our extensive family consists of institutions, and organisations providing education on all levels across Croatia.

Erasmus+ cooperation partnership

Finding a perfect, solid Erasmus+ partner is never an easy task. Many rely on Facebook, some rely on ESEP and some ask their friends if they know of a trustworthy organisation to work on a project together.

Anyone who has ever been a part of Erasmus+ KA1 or Erasmus+ cooperation partnerships (KA2 projects) knows that the most important characteristic of a partner is that they are reliable. We all need partners that will not misrepresent themselves, who will show up for the meetings and not miss deadlines. We need partners willing to put in work and dedication into the project and will not change their minds about their participation in the project. That’s the kind of partner Platform 21 is: reliable, hard-working, full of ideas, specialized in digital tools, building websites, software development, dissemination, and project visibility.

With a huge network of kindergartens and schools, offering internships for youth from all over Europe, and with ongoing training sessions for adults, we are widely connected with all age ranges for piloting sessions. We also work with a number of NGOs across Croatia and have friends in every country, so we can connect you with other reliable partners as well, making this family of ours grow.

Our courses are in accordance with Erasmus+ Quality Standards for teacher training courses under KA1

Information and Transparency:

Complete information: Before registration, participants are informed about course provider background, trainer expertise, target audience, prerequisites, course details, content, learning outcomes, the schedule, and location.
Application process: is straightforward and transparent. We sign a Learning Agreement prior to your arrival.
Preparation: Participants are informed in advance about necessary preparations and required equipment.
Transparent costs: All fees and services covered are clearly presented.
Changes and cancellations: Participants will be notified of any changes and offered the option to cancel without extra costs.

Content and Pedagogy:

High – quality teaching: Pedagogical approaches are suitable and modern , combining theory with practical application and providing clear feedback. Inspiring and interactive learning: Our c ourses encourage reflection, interaction, and productive dialogue among participants. All our staff members are supportive, positive and friendly.
Trustworthy content: Content is evidence – based, relevant, and relate s clearly to the course to pic. All our course materials have been developed by our in – house trainers. They are products of the examples of best practice, innovative approach to methodology and are shared with our participants after the course ends.
Use of digital tools: As we live in a digital age and age of AI, digital tools are recommended to enrich learning process.

European Dimension:

Reflect EU values: Our courses align with EU values and Erasmus+ program policies. Networking opportunities: Participants have opportunities to meet peers from other countries , share diverse practices and experiences, benefit from intercultural learning, and establish contacts for future cooperation.

Services and Facilities:

Support: We offer full support before, during and after your mobility. We answer all your questions and requests in timely and effective way.
Qualified staff: All trainers and teachers are proficient in the course language and are experienced experts in their own field.
Duration and schedule: Course duration is always proportional to the course objectives, with adequate learning hours per day. 7 – day course, for example, has no less than 35 hours.
Venue: Our venues are suitable for learning objectives, compliant with safety standards, and accessible to persons with disabilities.
Inclusion: Services are offered inclusively, without discrimination.
Feedback: We are always grateful for the provided feedback as it gives us a chance for improvement. Please allow time for resolution of complaints in the most satisfactory way for all parties included.

Follow – up:

Continued learning: We provide guidance on further steps to build on course outcomes in their own environment.
Institutional impact: We provide guidance and materials to facilitate knowledge transfer into practice in participants organisations and institutions.
Certification: Participants receive certification with course details and learning outcomes :

  • Certificate containing clearly stated learning outcomes. Includes the name of the participant, short description of the course and its learning outcomes, dates, venues, the name of the course provider and the course instructor(s)
  • Europass mobility document
