Creativity and Soft Skills

Soft skills are the personal, social and thinking abilities that help people learn and work with others: communication, collaboration, critical thinking and creativity, known as the 4Cs, together with empathy and adaptability.

Our creativity and soft skills courses for teachers help educators develop students’ 4Cs – creativity, critical thinking, empathy, collaboration, communication and adaptability. All considered to be top 21st century skills.

Through practical soft skills workshops, participants explore active listening strategies, and interactive teaching tools. Teachers learn to integrate critical thinking exercises, project-based learning and teamwork activities for teenagers into the curriculum.

The courses explore how creative thinking helps primary and secondary students solve problems and consider different perspectives. Educators also discover ways to design a classroom environment that encourages innovation and gives students opportunities to develop and share ideas. Courses also help teachers build these skills in themselves and in their students.
