School Innovation

School innovation is the process of introducing and sustaining new practices in teaching, learning and school organisation, such as new technologies, teaching methods or learning spaces, so that a school improves learning for all its students.

Our school innovation courses are for teachers, school leaders and Erasmus+ coordinators who want to bring change into the whole school, not just into a single lesson. Each course focuses on one area of change, from artificial intelligence and active learning to STEAM, outdoor learning, sustainability and leadership, and turns it into practical steps you can take back to your school.

Participants learn how to use AI responsibly in planning, teaching and assessment, how to design project-based learning and gamified lessons that keep every student involved, and how STEAM and design thinking help students work through open-ended problems. Other courses take learning outside the classroom, build sustainability and climate action into the curriculum, or focus on leading innovation as a school leader.

Throughout the week, educators design hands-on activities that encourage students to explore, experiment and collaborate, so that curiosity, creativity and problem-solving become part of everyday learning rather than a one-off project.

Courses last 5 to 7 days, take place in Split, with selected dates in Zagreb and Reykjavik, and are eligible for Erasmus+ KA1 funding. Choose a course below to see its upcoming dates.
